Sometimes, you simply need a little space to pause, feel heard and reconnect with yourself.

This private, one-to-one 20-minute consultation is an opportunity to talk with me about how you have been feeling, what has brought you here and what you hope to gain from remote healing. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have any previous experience. We can begin wherever you feel comfortable.

Together, we will explore your wellbeing and spiritual needs, and discuss how my approach to energy and chakra work might support time for relaxation, reflection and connection. You will also have the chance to ask questions and understand what a remote healing session involves before deciding whether it feels right for you.

My aim is for you to leave feeling listened to, with a clearer understanding of the next step you would like to take.
