Working with intention, intuition and spiritual energy practices, I offer a calm, caring approach centred on your wellbeing. There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular sensation you should expect. You may feel relaxed, notice warmth or tingling, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment. Every experience is personal.
